Standing bilateral external rotation with resistance band
As shown in the video, stand with your elbows bent at 90 degrees. Band in each hand.
Keep your elbows straight and keep your hands apart from the resistance band.
Repeat: 5 Times
Hold time: 3 Seconds
Resistance: Red Band
