Pain
Get comfortable again.
Hands-on treatment for pubic bone, tailbone, hip and low back pain, positioned and dosed for exactly where you are.
What We Treat
Someone cleared you at six weeks in about ten minutes. That was a check, not an assessment of anything. Pregnancy and recovery both deserve a real one, and it starts with a cause-first evaluation.
Sound Familiar?
Two or more? Keep reading. Six weeks out or sixteen years out, it counts the same.
Why It Happens
Pregnancy changes the load on everything at once. The pelvic joints loosen, the abdominal wall stretches, the pelvic floor carries more every week, and your posture keeps adjusting to keep up. Delivery adds its own list: stretched tissue, a scar, and a pelvic floor that has to relearn how to work. None of that is damage you are stuck with.
And here is the honest part. You take the baby to every appointment on the calendar and never book one for yourself. That is not neglect, that is a mother doing the math. A cause-first evaluation is the one appointment that is finally yours, and it is the one that tells you what is actually going on in there.
The Honest Truth
You’re not late to this. Today is a perfectly good place to start.
How We Fix It
Every plan has an endpoint. Here’s what the four phases look like through pregnancy and after it.

Pain
Hands-on treatment for pubic bone, tailbone, hip and low back pain, positioned and dosed for exactly where you are.
Once the healing allows
Prime
Breath, deep core and pelvic floor, retrained to fire together. This is the part a printed handout always skips.
Once strength returns
Perform
Car seats, toddlers on a hip, groceries, the gym. Each one gets loaded back in with the mechanics coached, not guessed.
Before we sign off
Prevent
What to do in a later pregnancy, a heavier week, or the month you go back to your sport: that’s the endpoint, not just another appointment.
From our first consultation she listened to my concerns and was very understanding of my needs. I feel so much better after 2 times and look forward to my sessions.

Questions, Answered
For most pregnancies, yes, and it’s worth asking your OB-GYN before you start, especially if yours is being watched closely. Positioning, hands-on work and exercise all get adjusted for your trimester and your comfort. If something isn’t appropriate right now, we’ll tell you and work around it instead of pushing through. Self-pay patients can come directly to us without a referral, as Arizona allows direct access for self-pay patients. If you’re using insurance, you’ll need a referral. Not sure what applies to you? Call your clinic and our team will verify it for you.
Only if you want one. An internal assessment is a choice, never a requirement, and nothing happens without your consent. Plenty of useful work happens without one: breathing, deep core retraining, hip and back treatment, external scar work, and coaching for how you lift and carry all day. You can decline at the start, or after you’ve already agreed, and that changes nothing about the care you get. You’ll always know what a session involves before it starts.
At your evaluation you get an estimated number of visits, plus the reason that number is what it is. Your plan runs through all four phases, Pain, Prime, Perform and Prevent, and you’ll always know which phase you’re in and what’s left. It’s a plan with an endpoint, not an open-ended string of appointments.
Still Deciding?
You don’t need to know which clinic or which service is right before you reach out. Start a request, or call the clinic closest to you, and we’ll help you sort out the rest.
