Joe Rasor, PT

Clinic Director

Joe Rasor has been a Physical Therapist for over 23 years. He graduated from PT school at Northern Arizona University in 1999. He also has a Masters Degree in biochemistry from Northern Arizona University. He chose to become a PT because it is a healing art where he gets to spend one on one time listening, helping, and understanding each patient’s unique and diverse needs and goals. He spent the first few years of his life on the Navajo Reservation in Tuba City, Arizona. He then moved to the four corners area of New Mexico where he graduated from high school. Joe returned to Arizona to go to college at Northern Arizona University.

He has now been in Arizona for 33 years. He has a creative, fun wife who is also his best friend, and they have 10 kids. (And now 2 sons in law.) They love doing family things, rock-hounding, 4×4 adventures, and finding seashells at the beach. In his years as a PT, he has been blessed with many opportunities to serve in a variety of roles and settings. He brings a vast knowledge and skill set to Moore Physical Therapy.

He is passionate about listening to people and helping them to recover and heal. He loves the team aspect of Moore PT and loves to create a strong team and family where we all work and learn together. He is certified in Dry Needling, Vestibular, Balance, and Fall Prevention. He is also trained in Osteopathic care. His friends and family would describe him as nurturing, kind, and a teacher. (And incredibly hilarious!)
