Chelsea Reeder, PTA

Physical Therapist Assistant

I mainly grew up in Massachusetts (although lived in four other states before the age of 9). I received a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development from Brigham Young University before moving to Arizona. I worked many years in a skilled nursing rehab center planning recreational activities before going back to school at Gateway Community College to become a PTA.

I have always loved learning about the body, health, exercise, and helping others on their health journey.

I believe first in loving God and second to love others as I’d love myself. All other values (kindness, respect, honesty, service, etc) are fostered when I’m aligned with those two principles.

I love working for Moore PT because my values align with the company’s values. I love the positive atmosphere I get to experience every day with wonderful coworkers as we help those in our community. I love the connections I make with our patients.

When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my wife, our two goldendoodles (huck and finn), and our soon to be three children. My wife and I enjoy travleing and have attempted to go out of the country each year we have been married. I am a big sports fan and can be found always supporting the Arizona teams. I played baseball my whole life and continue that through city league softball with some of my friends. I enjoy pushing my body physical and have completed many spartan obstacle course races.

“The PT staff (Jacob & Chelsea) were very knowledgeable and helpful during my recovery from knee surgery. They have set me up with a program that has challenged me and has shown ongoing progress. They have also been very helpful providing useful advise for my after PT exercise and ongoing recovery. Thank You.”

“I just completed my Physical Therapy for Acute leg pain, numbness and Low Back Pain.

I feel that I must let the community know what a treasure we have in Moore Physical Therapy. The staff is both knowledgeable and compassionate. I have enjoyed their friendship and and constant encouragement during my journey to wellness. Jacob and Chelsea and their whole team have helped me return to the things I enjoy in life. An indicator of exceptional care is a team that not only works with you to get your physical needs met and cheers your successes, but sometime more importantly they are there to lift you up when you plateau and become frustrated. They instill hope when needed.

I am thankful for all that they have done for me.”
