Patient Care Coordinator
I am the oldest of 4 kids. I was born in Syracuse, New York, but I was raised in Mesa, AZ, my whole life. My mom raised my siblings and me on her own, and she is my biggest role model.
I worked at a Primary care office called East Valley Primary Care Physicians for 9 months, and then I worked at a Colo-Rectal office called Tricity Colo-Rectal Surgery for 2 years. I’ve been working here at Moore Physical Therapy for a little over a year. Altogether, I’ve about 4 years of experience working in medical offices.
My Core values are my faith in God. My integrity and my family. Faith is a huge part of my life. I know that I am never alone in anything I do. Integrity is important to me. I always strive to do the right thing even if I’m the only one. My family is my biggest priority! Every decision I make is based on what is best for me and my husband and our future. Family is the most important thing in life!

Something patients have to deal with is not always being treated with kindness when they visit a medical office, especially at the front desk. The patients are already uncomfortable and in pain, and I think kindness goes a long way. The patients have other life stresses to deal with. I want them to feel positivity and encouragement when they come in. I want them to know that we truly care about them and that they are not another name on our schedule. I want them to feel loved. And I want them to know they are loved.
I work in the front office as a Patient Care Coordinator. I answer phones and emails. Schedule appointments. Check patients in. Prepare the schedule for the next day and help with anything that’s needed of me.
Something that I love about working here is the environment. It is rare to find a workspace that genuinely cares about both the patients and the employees. I have a lot of fun working here, and I really look forward to coming to work. This company is incredible, truly! I am very blessed to work here.

When I’m not working, I enjoy Photography and Journaling. I enjoy hanging out with my Husband and pets. I like playing video games. I love making lists! I like archery, but I’m not very good at it.. yet!
