Caden Alexander, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist – Spanish Speaking

I was born and raised in Mesa, Arizona. I spent one year in Thatcher attending Eastern Arizona College before serving a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Boliva. Upon returning home from my mission I completed an associates degree through Mesa Community College followed by a Bachelors of Kinesiology at Arizona State University. My doctorate of physical therapy was completed through Northern Arizona University at their Phoenix campus in March of 2021 following a mini set-back due to the Covid pandemic.

I spent three plus years working as an exercise specialist before starting my graduate degree. During my time in school I had the opportunity to be teachers assistant for the first year grad students during my second year. After graduating PT school I jumped right into work at a very diverse outpatient orthopedic clinic in Phoenix while also doing some part time work at a rehab hospital. I continued my work at a rehab hospital for nearly four years while switching to another outpatient orthopedic clinic in Gilbert. I dabbled a little in home health work as well. I have experience treating vestibular issues, burns, amputees, spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, and many other neurological conditions in addition to numerous orthopedic conditions and surgeries. I have been dry needling certified since 2023.

“Dear God please help me remember that your plans are bigger than my dreams”
I think something patients often have to deal with is being under educated and I really enjoy spending time educating patients to help them succeed with me and beyond.

I work as a clinic director for the tempe location which includes carrying a patient case load slightly lighter than the other therapist while also ensuring the clinic is operating effectively and efficiently from a patient care stand point as well as from a business standpoint.

I enjoy treating any shoulder and ankle injury.

I love the core values and principles that Moore Physical Therapy represents and respect that while they are looking to grow they continue to strive for that small family business feel.

What’s Dr. Caden Reading, Listening To, or Watching?

I am a big Marvel nerd so all of those movies and shows are at the top of my list. Harry Potter was one of my favorite books as a child and they recently released a full cast audbile version that I have enjoyed listening to the last several months.

When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my wife, our two goldendoodles (huck and finn), and our soon to be three children. My wife and I enjoy travleing and have attempted to go out of the country each year we have been married. I am a big sports fan and can be found always supporting the Arizona teams. I played baseball my whole life and continue that through city league softball with some of my friends. I enjoy pushing my body physical and have completed many spartan obstacle course races.
